Teachings and learnings
Donkeys never learn – as it usual people say. Personally, I don’t like presenting an animal to define people who have difficulty learning. Donkeys, the animals, are known as beings that refuse to do tasks they don’t wish for. Donkeys, the animals, could be considered rebellious, and their attitude could be considered as acts of courage.
Donkeys, in this case referring to people, are not, necessarily, those will never learn. They might be lazy people, excluding those with mental or physical diseases, who refuse to learn because they are, simply, lazy or indolent people. They will never be rebels because they will depend on others or opportunities. The most frustrating in these types of donkeys is that they always imagine themselves to be right and are proud of being ignorant and submissive to others.
Smart people are those who make mistakes and learn from them. They consider trying to change everything around them according to their possibilities. They seem to be submissive, sometimes, due to the circumstances, or due to a strategy to survive at the appropriate time. Smart people are discreet and look around to find opportunities to escape from uncomfortable situations. At an appropriate time, they will fly alone because they learnt enough to choose the right way to move forward.
Donkeys, the animals, can do tasks to people. People might offer them a reward or not. Donkeys might do what people want to get something in return. This strategy, adopted by people, can work, depending on the reward, and the personality of each donkey. Some people negotiate their honour and dignity because they don’t value them. Others don’t do the same, but they might negotiate these values in exchange for an appropriate reward. This negotiation involves levels of interest or possibilities. In the second group, we could identify people who want to be independent to not need to negotiate anything any more.
Finally, we have wise people. Wise people are those at the top of this supposed intellectual pyramid.
Donkeys, in this case referring to people, don’t care about what others will do with them. Their goal is to imagine they are going to the top, above all. They have no notion when they are being deceived or manipulated. They follow the carrot like an obedient animal or chase another reward.
Smart people identify their mistakes to correct them and evolve their thinking to become more independent. They don’t move forward in exchange for mere carrots or another reward more appetizing. They will learn in time and will know the value of each reward to consider what they have to do to acquire it.
Wise people detect these behaviour among them, including donkeys or people, and smart people. They weigh everything carefully to choose their rewards. They don’t negotiate their knowledge and expertise for any reward. Rewards can be to understand the events that occur and are going on around. Wise people detect mistakes and good decisions from smart people, on the other hand, they try to understand how the donkey’s mind, in this case, people, works.
Wise people’s teachings can be sold to both sides involved because they are able to see life from different perspectives. They walk on the line between being rebellious spirit or choosing smart things.
